1. General requirements:

● Gender: Male & female
● Age from: 22 to 30
● Priority for graduates in: plant science, plant protection, agriculture & applied biology, vegetables, fruits and landscape or related industries.
● Can recruit those who have a passion for agriculture but are not specialized in the agricultural industry.
● Responsible, enthusiastic, love agriculture.
● Honest, agile, careful, good at handling work pressure.
● Accepting new graduates with no experience.
● Priority is given to new graduates from DA LAT, LAM DONG, NINH THUAN and neighboring areas.

2. Job Description:

● Coordinate with partners and the Executive Board to develop a plan for growing and developing the farm in an organic direction to achieve 3 certifications: USDA, EU, JAS.
● Develop a plan for purchasing goods to ensure adequate supply of raw materials, equipment, etc. to serve the production and operation of the farm.
● Control crop quality, closely monitor the growing process, from sowing to harvesting. Update and store daily production logs. Ensure compliance with production processes.
● Monitor the work schedule of workers, directly supervise the work carried out at the farm, regularly and periodically report on the work situation to the Executive Board.
● Consult and support technical support for planting and caring for Melons and Asparagus for associated farmers.
● Understand the techniques of fertilizer, soil, irrigation and drainage and recognize changes in crops for appropriate care. Monitor the growth and development of crops, monitor the situation of pests and diseases if any to prevent them.
● Research and learn about types of microbial fertilizers, organic fertilizers, biological products, plant protection products, substrates, new farming methods, new varieties on the market, market demand during the production process.
● Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors (specific tasks will be discussed during the interview).

● Farm name: GREEN FARM
● Working place: Tan Binh village, Lam Son commune, Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan (80km from Da Lat)
● Probationary period: 2 months
